  • Recency: Prioritizes posts from the last 60 days to ensure leads are fresh.

2. Controlled Outreach Prep

Once a candidate is found, this agent prepares the necessary communication materials, which the recruiter must review and approve:

  • Personalized Drafts: Generates an empathetic, editable message based on the candidate's context.
  • Anonymized Summaries: Creates a professional, client-ready summary of the candidate's profile.
